* weekly check-up visit (n* hour)
* n*-hour support time
* n* emergency visits (2 hour response time)
* n* non-emergency visits (24 hour response time)
* n* hours consulting
* hot line calls

STANDARD
* weekly check-up visit (1,5 hour)
* business hour support time
* 4 emergency visits (2 hour response time)
* 4 non-emergency visits (24 hour response time)
* 1 maintenance visit (2 hour)
* hot line calls
BASIC
* weekly check-up visit (1,5 hour)
* 1 maintenance visit (2 hour)
* 1 non-emergency visit (1,5 hour)
Each of the listed level if wished by you, may be changed and depends on the real needs and number of computer hardware and software installed at your office. |
